To achieve a trendy and bold look, a colour palette of a contrasting orange and blue, minimalistic patterns, and sans serif font, Montserrat — used in regular and medium weights with increased tracking on the titles — were used.

For the site, there was an emphasis on paring down the information presented to the basics. Other than the information that was necessary for the viewer to see, the layout is presented in a logical order so the viewer can get to the information they need quickly. Pages were simplified to home, about, events, and contact us as any additional information was unnecessary.

The minimalistic approach was also used for the advertising materials. Two different renditions of the flyer were made for different occasions. The smaller business card-sized flyers were made to produce a higher amount of advertising material whilst also using less paper and was more to promote strictly the information of the event itself. The square pamphlets were designed to promote the list of artists and the setlist for the event, but was also created in a smaller 4x4" format to, once again, use less paper.

The poster was designed to be a large format rendition of all the information presented on the business card flyer. Whether as a bus ad or a wall poster, the poster design is meant to advertise the event to the general public.

QR codes are included on all forms of advertising so that the viewer can access all necessary information via the internet instead promoting a digital approach to how the information can be accessed.
